Pineapple Chicken Skewers

Ingredients: 

2 pounds chicken tenders

Marinade:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup finely chopped pineapple
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions:

For marinade: 
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, over medium heat cook mixture to just right before it comes to a boil. Cool marinade before adding chicken. Once cooled add chicken and marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Skewer the chicken and grill on medium high heat for 5 minutes per side or untill juices run clear.
