Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients: 

1 lb shrimp (16-20 count) 


Marinade:
3 minced garlic cloves
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup honey or brown sugar
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp Siracha (add more if you like it hot)
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange 

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisk to mix together. Add shrimp and let marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to 2 hours. 

Skewer the shrimp and grill until opaque and brown, use a hot grill to get the grill marks. Shrimp cook fast about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
